These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the SD999 online gaming platform ("Platform", "Service", "SD999") operated in accordance with its applicable international licensing framework. By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. SD999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an Account on SD999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
SD999 reserves the right to request documentation verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds obtained in violation of these Terms.
Each player may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and any other information reasonably requested. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
SD999 operates under standard KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before making withdrawals, at the time of first deposit or at any time the operator's compliance team considers it necessary. All KYC documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never send sensitive identity documents through unsecured chat, email or third-party messaging applications. Do not alter, obscure or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. SD999 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. SD999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. Payment method availability, processing times and applicable fees vary by operator terms and payment provider policy.
SD999 aims to support payment methods familiar to Pakistani users. Options that may be available include methods associated with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers from providers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. These payment brand names are referenced as familiar local methods only and do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those providers.
Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to operator policy. Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account must be fully KYC-verified. Withdrawal requests are subject to processing timeframes which vary by payment method and operator procedures. SD999 reserves the right to apply standard AML checks to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
Transactions on the Platform are processed in the currency selected at the time of deposit, subject to the operator's available currency options. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is referenced in promotional materials, it is used for illustrative context. Actual supported currencies are determined by current operator settings.
All promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and free bets, are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagers placed on games with high RTP rates may contribute at a reduced percentage toward meeting wagering requirements, as specified per promotion.
SD999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; use of automated software or scripts; coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; and hedging or arbitrage across promotions. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account closed, all associated bonus funds forfeited and any resulting winnings cancelled.
SD999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational play only and are not available to professional players or groups acting in concert to extract value from promotional offers.
The rules applicable to each game available on the Platform are displayed within the individual game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules applicable to any game before placing a wager.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or error during gameplay, SD999 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct game outcomes from server logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, wagers affected by a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. SD999's decision on such matters is final.
Sports betting markets are subject to individual market-specific rules covering void conditions, postponements, cancellations and score disputes. Settled results will be based on official sources as determined by the Platform's data providers.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on SD999 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and reporting to appropriate authorities where required:
SD999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, where it is required to do so by applicable law or regulation, or where it is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of pending charges will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and AML checks. Bonus Funds not converted to real money at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Players wishing to self-exclude from the Platform for responsible gambling purposes should contact our support team, who will process the exclusion request and apply appropriate restrictions. Self-excluded players must not attempt to re-register or circumvent exclusion controls.
All content on the SD999 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, text, images, logos, trademarks, game mechanics and interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of SD999 or its third-party licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from SD999.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only, subject to these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SD999, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
SD999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, third-party service failures or force majeure events.
Gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of losing all funds wagered. SD999 accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gameplay. Players assume full responsibility for all wagering decisions.
SD999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits and self-exclusion options. Players are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools.

SD999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any player found to be under the minimum required age will have their Account immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
SD999 is aware that Pakistan imposes significant restrictions on gambling, including under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable legislation. SD999 does not claim to hold a Pakistani gambling license and is not authorised, endorsed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.
The Platform is operated in accordance with its applicable international licensing jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each user to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their location. By using SD999, you represent that you have taken independent legal advice or made your own assessment of the applicable legal position.
SD999 shall not be liable to any user who accesses the Platform in violation of applicable local law.
SD999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, SD999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through in-platform notifications or email communication to registered players.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.2.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its principal gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, except where applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your territory requires otherwise.
Before commencing any formal dispute proceedings, players are encouraged to contact SD999 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. SD999 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
